Meet Your Speakers

Kiersten Lortz

CEO and Founder of Possibilities Conference and Possibilities Coaching and Consulting.

Kiersten built the Possibilities Conference in 2022 after years of walking out of personal development events feeling temporarily fired up and then walking back into the same life. As a certified life coach, she specializes in helping high-achieving women cut through the noise, find their direction, and finally take action. She's not interested in hype. She's interested in what actually changes you — and she's built this entire conference around exactly that.

Ali Shaffer

Fitness coach and owner of Mangrove Coaching LLC.

Ali found her calling watching people she loved become dependent on surgeries and medications, and deciding there had to be another way. With a background in Exercise Science and Public Health, she now works with clients who've tried conventional approaches and are ready for something that actually lasts. At PossCon, she'll give you practical tools to take care of the body that carries everything else you're working toward.

Jaime Kline

Sound healer, Yoga Instructor, and Transformational Coach at Satya Yoga and Wellness.

Jaime spent over 20 years thriving in corporate aerospace leadership and quietly wondering if there was more. In 2023, she turned to yoga and sound healing to navigate a difficult professional transition, and discovered something she couldn't ignore: these practices were transforming her. Today she's a 500-hour registered yoga teacher, certified Master Sound Healer, and Reiki Master who knows firsthand what it means to be a high-achieving woman who has built a whole life around everyone else's needs.

Linette Teerlink

Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Owner of Progressive Athletics.

In 2018, Linette walked into a small gym in Columbia with multiple chronic injuries and asked: "Do you work with broken people?" What she discovered through movement was so transformative that she became a personal trainer in 2020, and in 2023, she bought that very same gym. Today, Linette helps active adults living with chronic pain reclaim their lives with a simple message: we can Live More and Hurt Less.

Dr. Arielle Jordan

Mental Health Speaker and Therapist at Mindset Quality LLC

Dr. Arielle Jordan is an Army veteran, licensed trauma therapist, and founder of Mindset Quality LLC. She graduated high school at 16, served in the Army, earned four degrees including a Ph.D. in Counselor Education, and along the way, lost her daughter Jordyn to a rare heart condition. Today, Dr. Arielle specializes in EMDR therapy, trauma recovery, and resilience, helping veterans, first responders, and purpose-driven women finally make space to heal themselves. At PossCon, she'll show you that healing and becoming aren't separate journeys — they're the same one.

This year at PossCon, we’re exploring what it means to BECOME.

What will it feel like for you to finally become the leader you were born to be?

Together, we’ll journey through the five pillars that shape our evolution: Intellectual, Emotional, Spiritual, Physical, and Social.

It’s time to expand, evolve, and embody your next level.

You don’t need more inspiration. You need a place to start.

Kiersten Lortz created the Possibilities Conference in 2022 after years of attending events that left her feeling temporarily motivated but never truly changed.

“I’d walk out of those rooms feeling fired up… and then walk back into my life and feel stuck all over again.”

This conference is different. It's not about hype—it’s about action. It’s about giving high-achieving, burned-out, stuck-in-their-head women the space, tools, and support to finally begin.
