…you’re actually getting things done, not just doing the same things day in and day out. Imagine getting off the hamster wheel of tasks that are “easy but unimportant” and making space for “a little harder but vastly more rewarding.” Envision how your life would change if you had more energy, confidence, and joy, and a little less bitterness, stress, and fatigue.

Imagine continuing to show up for your family but committing to show up for yourself too.

Think of the confidence you’d gain if you started reaching goals and bringing into existence all the dreams and bucket list items you’ve put away until there’s “more time” or “when the kids are gone.”

It is possible. I guarantee it. I’m living proof. There’s a way to get from here to there and I want to show you how it’s done.

Possibilities C&C combines ICF Core competencies with years of personal research in neuroscience, personal development, time management, and holistic wellness. It may sound overwhelming but it’s really not.

I’ll help you gain clarity on what exactly you’re thinking and doing that keeps you from progressing. We’ll explore mindset, limiting beliefs, self-talk, and expectations and get to the cause of your angst.

  • Why you struggle to make decisions quickly and decisively

  • New ways to approach difficulties and struggles

  • How to keep commitments to yourself without feeling guilty

  • How to complete tasks so they’re erased from your to-do list forever

  • How to stay consistent when unsolicited changes occur

  • How to reclaim your time

  • How to take ownership of your decisions

  • What belief systems and limiting thoughts are keeping you where you are and how to change them and “reprogram” your mind.

  • Regular “check-ins” with Kiersten after your package has ended

  • A personalized client-driven plan (not assignments and “accountability groups” assigned by your coach.)

Group coaching:

  • Weekly group meetings for four weeks

  • A prepared lesson each week which teaches skills in mindset, clarity, living with purpose and time management.

Working with Kiersten is amazing! It is easy to "hit a wall" in life and feel stuck. Kiersten has helped me to see what my possibilities are in life. Her sessions help guide me in implementing plans that will cause positive change in my life so I don't feel so stuck. I always leave a session feeling empowered and ready to tackle what is in front of me.”- Jessica B., West Virginia

Kiersten has made the coaching session a high point of my week. I am much older than most of her clients and have different needs and goals. As an introvert, I am not going to be cheering and getting excited over many things. But, Kiersten adjusts to my differences, helps me organize my way into older age, and helps me bring order into my life. She helps me find solutions to my issues by guiding, not by demanding. She gives me room to discover how I can do my best instead of just telling me. My life is better because of my time with her.- Cheri G., Maryland

Kiersten helped me see that my biggest problem wasn’t my motivation, it was that I wasn’t keeping commitments to myself. You always hear that you need to take care of yourself first but I just thought it wasn’t possible. I’ve learned that even the small things make a huge difference. My life is completely changed. - Beth Y., Pennsylvania

Kiersten inspires others and gives them permission to explore their own motivations, passions, and goals. - Dawn T., Maryland

I have had the good fortune of receiving life coaching services from Kiersten Lortz in 2023 and deeply appreciated her wealth of personal life experience, emotional insight, and infectious enthusiasm that she brought to each of our coaching sessions. You can count on her to be truly committed to partnering with you to work through life’s roadblocks and help you envision the several new possibilities that are part and parcel of dealing with trauma and change. If you are at a fork in the road and need a partner that has the right coaching experience and training, then look no further than Kiersten – you will not be disappointed.- Yosuf C., Illinois

…to bring into existence the woman you know you are inside?

…to have clarity every day and execute plans efficiently?

…to optimize your life for health, wealth, and happiness and get out of survival mode?

…to stop feeling guilty/frustrated/angry/bitter and start feeling joyful?

…to feel alive inside again?

…to start bringing to life those secret goals and dreams you’ve kept hidden?

…to stop feeling jealous of other women who look more “successful”?

…to be done resenting

…to stop resenting your family or your job?

…to no longer feel “stuck”?

…to feel the energy of personal growth?

…to model your children a strong, resilient, happy mother?

…to teach your daughters that they’re needs are important after they become mothers?

***Group coaching starts at $150 for a 4-session series. This is my most basic program and a great way to dip your toes into coaching and start thinking about how and what you can do to create the changes you desire. Each group is limited to 8 women and session dates are posted as soon as new sessions are released.

***1-on-1 coaching is offered in 3, 6, and 12 -month packages. Many women start with 3 months but are amazed by the process and wish to continue. You can easily extend your coaching with another package or, if you feel ready, walk away with no obligation.

I only work with 10 one-on-one clients at a time so spots do fill quickly and are limited. This is part of how I keep my own life in balance.

Packages range from $1,799 for 3 months to $5,999 for a year. The longer the package, the less you pay per session.

So, what happens if you decide you don’t like it or aren’t ready to make changes? I completely understand. I once started with a coach but realized I wasn’t in a place where I was ready to do the work and she wasn’t the coach I needed. I don’t want you to feel overwhelmed because you’re trapped in a program you’re not prepared to take advantage of so I offer a money-back guarantee.

In general, clients need at least 4-6 sessions to know if coaching will really work for them. Once you’ve completed 6 sessions, if you’re not happy, no worries. I’ll refund the unused sessions (minus a $50 processing fee) no questions asked. My goal isn’t to trap you into something you don't need or want. My hope is that you'll find just what you're looking for, whether that's coaching with me or not. Just send an email and we’ll get your refund sent within 5-7 business days.

It’s up to you.

Do you want to continue feeling restless or are you ready to create a life you love?

Q: My situation is really bad. I don’t think I can do anything to change it.

A: Girl, I hear that. Sometimes life is messier than messy. I recommend scheduling your free call and let’s talk. It might be that this isn’t the right time for you to make these changes…or maybe it’s limiting beliefs. I have a brief comprehensive analysis tool to help you determine if the timing is right. I hope we can chat and you can make the decision that’s best for you.

Q: How is coaching different from therapy?

A: Like a therapist, a coach listens to their client’s feelings and desires. However, where therapy focuses on going back and rehashing the past to “process” these emotions, coaching is forward-focused. Also, a therapist may suggest you do X, Y, and Z for the next week or act as an accountability partner. A coach won’t (or at least shouldn’t) do that unless you ask them to fill that role. My goal is to get you from where you are to where you want to be, not gather information or talk about the past unless you want to share that to give me perspective or context.

Q: Can’t anyone call themselves a coach? How do I know someone has the proper training?

A: I’m so glad you asked! Coaching isn’t a regulated industry so, yes, unfortunately, a lot of “advice givers” and “mentors” are calling themselves coaches. The Gold Standard in coaching is accreditation from the International Coaching Federation which has established core competencies, training, and testing for pure coaching  (not advice-giving or mentoring). This is where you’re lucky to have found Possibilities Coaching and Consulting LLC. I have received my ICF training and should be a fully-accredited coaching by early 2024. (I’m awaiting my review board which takes about 3-4 months.)

Here’s one example of why ICF accreditation is so important:

Coaches aren’t bound by HIPAA but ICF-accredited coaches maintain strict confidentiality. I won’t share anything you say with anyone unless I believe you are a danger to yourself or others. PC&C is a safe place.

Q: What if I decide it’s not for me?

A: No problem. Once you’ve completed 6 sessions, if you’re not satisfied, we’ll gladly refund the remaining package (minus a $50 processing fee), no questions asked.

Q: I feel guilty spending money on coaching. Why should I do it?

A: Ah, yes. This was me for about 10 years before I became a coach and got a coach of my own. I thought, “If I spent money on myself and then we don’t have money for the kids or family to do something, I’d feel horrible. Then one day it just hit me like a ton of bricks, “What the heck?! I’m miserable. I gave up getting my Master’s degree to raise this family so there’s about $40,000 we didn’t spend on my personal advancement. Have I not earned at least half that much in the past 19 years of being a mother to justify me getting the help I actually need instead of just going to therapists (covered by insurance) that aren’t helping? Do I value my happiness so little that I’m not willing to spend a few thousand dollars to be happy?”

It was eye-opening to see that I’d easily spend money on my kids or think was okay for my husband to purchase three years of coaching for himself but never think I could allow myself to do the same. (Yes, I see the hypocrisy of getting my husband a coach as a birthday present because I “knew the value” but never allowing myself to do it. I’ve repented and I’m doing better.)

I can’t answer for you but I can tell you for certain, if you feel this is what you need, you can’t put a price on your happiness. Sometimes you really can buy happiness if that happiness is you creating meaning in your life. And sometimes you just need a little help to get there and that’s okay.

Q: How do I know which coach to hire?

A: A lot of coaches offer a general niche, “transformation coach” for example, because they don’t want to limit their clientele. I’m assuming if you’re considering coaching, it’s a given that you’re looking for a transformation of some sort.

Find a coach who makes you feel heard. Review their website, find their social media, schedule a call. You’ll know from their messaging if what they say resonates with where you are in your journey. If that’s me, great. If not, that’s okay too. What’s most important is that you feel understood.

Q: Can you help me work through trauma?

A: In short, no. I’m not a therapist nor do I have training in trauma. However, if you’ve experienced trauma, have moved through it properly, and are ready for the next step, I’m ready to help you take the next step.

Q: How can I schedule a call?

A: Click HERE to book a FREE 40-minute video call and talk to me in person. I can’t wait to hear from you.

Q: Your website mentions an overdose. What happened?

A: In short, when I was 16, I was put Paxil, a medication that can increase suicidal tendencies in people under 21. Unfortunately, no one knew it at the time so my dose was upped and upped until, one night, I took an entire bottle and 27 prescription sleeping pills and woke up in the hospital. I’m really blessed that I woke up because many young people lost their lives to this medication around this time

The doctors changed my meds the next day and within 48 hours I felt like a different person. I was still depressed but that felt great compared to how I had been feeling. It was a pretty dark time.

Nothing to book right now. Check back soon.
